4-part live workshop series ● For smart non-developers ● founding round open

Claude. ChatGPT.
The right tool

for the work.

Learn which AI to use for which job — without

the skipped steps, the tool confusion, or the

"Just use this prompt" nonsense that goes

absolutely nowhere by Wednesday.

Not "pick one forever." More like: use the right

workspace for the job, then know how to

pass work between them without creating chaos.

WHO THIS SERIES IS FOR

For the people who

keep switching tabs

and getting nowhere.

IF

You've opened both Claude and ChatGPT in two tabs and forgotten which one had the version you were actually working on.

IF

You've been told to "just learn AI" by someone whose own workflow you wouldn't trust with a shopping list.

IF

You've copied a prompt off LinkedIn, watched it produce something almost-but-not-quite useful, and quietly closed the tab.

IF

You're a smart non-developer who'd rather learn the practical split now than keep guessing for another six months.

Two main 1:1 routes — plus a workshop series

One AI stack — two workspaces, used well.

Claude and ChatGPT both keep improving weekly. The actual modern problem isn't access — it's not having an operating method. This series gives you one.

CLAUDE

The
Work Brain

Best for ongoing project context, writing, thinking through business material, and Cowork-style continuity.

  • Project folders & deep context

  • Strategy, writing, refining, planning

  • Working through business material

  • Anywhere context matters more than output volume

< ------ >

Pass work between them without losing the thread.

CHATGPT

The
Production Studio

Strong for images, brand & social visuals, search with citations, spreadsheets, file analysis, and document work.

  • Images, brand & social visuals, mockups

  • Search with cited research

  • Spreadsheets, data, file review & extraction

  • Anywhere output volume & multimodal range matter

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN - 4 LIVE SESSIONS

Four workshops.

One operating method.

Each session is live and practical. You leave with something you can use on Tuesday morning — not an hour of enthusiasm followed by absolutely no idea what to do next.

01

FOUNDATION

The Right AI for the Job

The decision-making layer that makes the rest of the series make sense.

  • When to use Claude — and when not to

  • When to use ChatGPT — and when not to

  • When neither AI is the right answer (yes, that happens)

  • When a checklist, spreadsheet, or human decision beats both

  • How to choose by task: writing, images, research, data, planning, admin

  • How to stop duplicating the same work across tools

02

CLAUDE

Claude as your work brain

The Claude-specific session, sitting inside a broader AI-workflow map.

  • Claude Chat vs Cowork vs Code — what each is actually for

  • Project folders and working context that don't fall apart

  • Using Claude for writing, thinking, planning, refining

  • Setting up a useful project brain you'll actually go back to

  • When Claude is the better workspace — clear, named scenarios

  • The terminology and setup steps people quietly get stuck on

03

CHATGPT

ChatGPT as your Production Studio

Where ChatGPT's broader, multimodal strengths actually earn their keep.

  • Images for social, brand visuals, content support, mockups

  • Search and cited research without inventing sources

  • Spreadsheets, data analysis, file review & extraction

  • Writing & editing with Canvas / projects

  • When ChatGPT is the better choice for a given task

  • How to avoid messy prompts that produce pretty but unusable outputs

04

TOGETHER

Using them together, without making a mess

The workflow glue. The most commercially valuable session in the series.

  • How to move work between tools without losing context

  • What to keep in Claude, what to produce in ChatGPT

  • One for strategy, the other for assets and output

  • How to build a simple AI working system you can actually run

  • How not to end up with duplicated files and three versions of the truth

  • A clean operating method you keep using long after the series ends

INVESTMENT

Founding-round pricing.

While the seats are warm.

Founding pricing is the early first-round price. After that, it goes up to standard.

REASONABLE QUESTIONS

Questions I've been asked in private sessions.

Do I need to be "techy" to keep up?

No. The whole series is built for smart non-developers. If you can keep two browser tabs open without panicking, you’ll be fine. We skip the part where someone explains LLMs using a railway metaphor for 25 minutes.

Are the sessions live or recorded?

Live. You can ask questions, push back, and watch real workflows happen. Replays are included, so if you miss one, you won’t lose your place in the series.

Do I need a paid Claude and ChatGPT account?

Workshop 1 can be done with free accounts. Workshops 2–4 are different.

If you want to follow along properly, you’ll need paid access for the features we’ll actually be using: Claude Cowork, Claude Design, Claude Code, ChatGPT Projects, image generation, file work, and data features.

Some features also come with usage caps. Image creation, uploads, voice, and heavier model use may run out or reset depending on your plan. I’ll show you what needs which plan, what can be done on free accounts, and where upgrading is worth it.

What if I'm already using one tool — say, ChatGPT — and don't fancy switching?

You’re not switching. You’re learning when the other tool is worth bringing in — and whether a second subscription earns its keep.

For some businesses, two paid tools make sense. For others, one well-used workspace is enough. The point is not to collect subscriptions. It’s to understand what each tool is better at, where it fits, and how to move work between them without turning your workflow into spaghetti.

Will this still be useful in six months when the tools have changed again?

Yes — because the point is not to crown one tool forever.

I was going to teach Claude as the main workspace. Then ChatGPT moved itself firmly back into the conversation. That’s AI at the moment. We can’t know exactly what comes next, so we work with the strongest tools available now, for the jobs we need them to do now.

The useful skill is learning how to judge fit, choose the right workspace, and adjust without rebuilding your whole process every time the tools change.

What's the difference between this and the AI Fit Intensive?

The workshop series teaches the method: how to use Claude and ChatGPT as practical business workspaces without turning your process into a junk drawer.

The AI Fit Intensive is private 1:1 work focused on your business — your offers, assets, bottlenecks, delivery, and what AI should or should not touch. Many people will do the workshops first to build confidence, then book the Intensive when they want a specific plan for their setup.
