This is not a generic AI audit. It is a close look at your specific business: how you work, where the drag is, what you are already using, and where AI can genuinely earn its keep — and where it will just add more noise to clean up later.

A 90-minute working session together, followed by your written AI Fit Action Plan.
The async option costs more because it usually takes more work on my side — I have to do the thinking without the shortcut of a live conversation. It is not the budget version.
ASYNC Intensive
$995
You complete a detailed intake form. I assess your business without the call and deliver your written plan.

The Intensive gives you a clear plan.
What you do with it is up to you.
If you want to DIY the implementation:
You take the plan and build it yourself. The Action Plan gives you a clear order of operations.
If you want one specific thing built:
That is the AI Integration Project. I take your plan and implement it for you.
If your business needs a broader operating layer:
That is the AI Operating System — a more substantial build for businesses that are already using AI and need proper structure underneath it.

The AI Integration Project turns your AI Fit Action Plan into a working setup. This is for owners who would rather not spend weeks piecing together tools, prompts, workflows, and assistants while quietly wondering whether they are making the whole thing worse. A very valid concern, by the way.
Depending on what your business needs, this may include:
Preparing the essential foundations
Organising the assets AI needs to work well
Structuring the knowledge, context, or processes
Building the first priority AI-supported workflow or system
Creating a custom assistant or Claude project setup
Testing and refining the setup
Light handover documentation so you can actually use the thing
This is the right fit when the need is specific.
AI Integration Projects start at $2,995. If you have completed the AI Fit Intensive, the Fit Intensive fee is credited. The final price depends on your setup. Every business is different, and I will not pretend otherwise.
This is not the same as an operating system
An AI Operating System builds the wider structure AI needs to operate across the business. If that is what your business needs, the Intensive will identify it, and we can make a decision once that's completed.
