Your first step: Complete the intake

You can open the form now, or do so via your welcome email when the time is right. Allow around 20–30 minutes to complete it. Once I have that, I'll have the context I need to work out what to investigate and which searches, pages, public information and competing businesses are relevant to the particular part of your business we're looking at.

What I need from you

The audit focuses on one service, offer or part of your business, so the intake will ask you to pin that down first.

I'll also ask for:

  • Your website URL

  • Who that service will offer is for

  • The main country or region you serve

  • The main page for that service or offer, if there is one

  • What prompted you to book the audit, including what you searched for, what surprised you, or what seemed wrong?

  • Any inaccurate or outdated information you already know is appearing.

  • Up to three close competitors or alternatives if there are particular businesses you want me to know about

  • Any important public profiles or directory listings you think I should be aware of?

You don't need to do a round of research before you fill this in.

In particular, please don't spend time preparing keyword lists, running dozens of AI searches or investigating your competitors for me. You've just paid me to do the investigating. It would be a little unreasonable to give you half the job first. :)

Once you've sent the intake

Once your intake is complete, I'll review it promptly and let you know if there's anything else I need before the 10-working-day period begins.
